Flower Supply Issues

Our supply chain will be impacted by the disruption in logistics due to the lockdowns made by governments around the world. That means as a business we may not be able to supply specific flower arrangements due to lack of supply but substitutes may be available. We are directly working with the wholesalers, who are updating us daily.

Deliveries 

All deliveries will be contactless. We will contact the recipient upon delivery and leave the arrangement in a chosen location.

Working with you

Given the uncertainty of the current times we ask you to inform us of cancellations of your events at least three weeks prior to the event. Or if you have changes to you future orders please contact us immediately. If you do not notify us of changes or cancellations within three weeks of the event date, we will not be able to issue refunds. We will contact you as soon as possible so that we can work with you and help out where we can.
